You can make a "template" listing, which you can keep in your "deactivated" listings section so the admin won't get peeved (they don't like listings for "stuff not for sale). A template listing means you don't have to fill in the same key words or shipping for every single listing.
If you have one of the newer internet explorers, you can add button shortcuts to your favorite sites on your toolbar (below File, Edit, View, Favorites, etc...).
Once you make your "template" listing, you can make a bookmark to etsy (any page on it is fine for now), making a shortcut button on the IE toolbar to it. Then, right click on the shortcut button, click properties and there you can edit the URL to the listing.
The URL to a copy listing is generally along the lines of "
http://www.etsy.com/your/item/create/ITEMNUMBERGOESHERE?stats=copy_active". Insert the item number of your template listing where the ITEMNUMBERGOESHERE in the link. For example, if my template was
http://www.etsy.com/listing/73020857/1960s-shirtwaist-dress-pattern-full, my item number would be 73020857.
And there you have it! When you click on the shortcut button, a copy of your template will pop up and you won't have to fill in a bazillion tags / pictures / shipping info.
