I wouldn't really consider my shop a fantastic success story (open many years and still nowhere near a thousand sales!) but a few things I've picked up are:
Find a team or two and become really involved. Finds one you like, with helpful members and opportunities to market yourself (and others!) like team treasuries, a group blog, team sales, or useful articles.
Find a good photo set up that you can use over and over. I noticed you had some really interesting 'wardrobe' photos, where your item is shown on a white background with other items to create a wardrobe. Cool! But having photos with models (which is great!) on the same page is a little visually jarring. I'm still trying new photo styles, but I've found that I personally like to browse and shop at stores with cohesive, clean, organized photos.
Blog! Start a blog where you can talk about anything: your trials and triumphs in the world of etsy, your favorite vintage styles, the shops you admire most, your adventures in thrifting. The more creative ways you get your ideas out there, the more people you'll have interested in you and your shop!
Hope this helps!
