Business Cards?

My Dearest Etsians,

Anyone know of any free and awesome business card template websites I could check out for my shop? I have a craft show coming up on the 18th at the Punk Rock Flea Market in Philly and need adorable cards with my contacts and info! Thanks for your help and suggestions!

Re: Business Cards?

I have used vista print, but the timeline of yours might be more expensive with the express shipping.

Re: Business Cards?

I'm not sure of any free ones, but vista print is awesome. They have great prices and I love my cards I bought through them.

good luck at your show : )

Re: Business Cards?

I print my own so I haven't used them yet, but I've heard some people mention Moo.com.

Goo luck with your show!

Re: Business Cards?

I got the 250 free from Vistaprint but like someone else said, you won't get those in time unless you pay a lot of $$.

You can make your own with the Avery printable business cards and their template wizard thing. I've done that a lot before.

Re: Business Cards?

I think if you order your cards now, it might be pushing it with the show being on the 18th or even not arrive in time. Might cost more for faster shipping. I should say that I designed my own card (mine arrived a week and half later with regular shipping). So basically ditto what @Cocokate Barkley was saying.

Re: Business Cards?

You can go to a Staples or Office Depot, they have more info on their websites. Vistaprint is good because they're cheap but they can be crooked/flimsy, GotPrint.com I've found is the best quality and still very reasonably priced.

Also check for discount codes at Retailmenot.com if you purchase online.

(If you want to get real crazy you can sign up for Ebates, then order your cards, enter a promo code and get an even better discount!)

Good luck at your show!

Re: Business Cards?

Moo is the best!!

Etsy sellers get free cards (you pay shipping) and they're outstanding. I got mini cards from them and always get compliments! Since you can link your Etsy shop, you can easily import photos and make them look gorgeous and professional in no time. Highly recommended (though I don't remember the turnaround time...)!!

Re: Business Cards?

I've been printing my own, but yesterday just ordered my first batch of cards from Moo. However, my order was placed yesterday and the estimated ship day is the 20th - rush printing and shipping is a lot more.

There are also a few Etsy shops that will design and print cards that I explored (but in the end decided to go with Moo at the rec of a few other etsians). You might be able to negotiate a faster printing and shipping time with one of those shops that may be able to get cards to you in time to use for your event on the 18th (maybe faster than vista print or Moo, and you'd be supporting another Etsian!).

I like the sound of a Punk Rock Flea Market - good luck there - hope its fun!

Re: Business Cards?

I got mine from Vistaprint as well. I'm happy with them and they were a decent price too.

You could make a small batch yourself for your craft show, then order more professional looking cards when you have more time to figure out what you want.

Re: Business Cards?

I have used Moo for business cards with color photo on back -- not limited to one photo. They did a great job.

Re: Business Cards?

If you order from MOO they should come in time. Yes that are a lot more expencsive than VistaPrint but their cards are also a MUCH better quality...

Re: Business Cards?

I have used Business Card Star before to print cards at home. Not all of their designs are free, only the ones that say "free to print at home". Make sure you check that before going to all the work of designing them only to realize they are not free :) Here is the link: http://businesscardstar.com
