Under a recent Etsy success posting about blogging, I found out: 1) how to blog. YEAH! 2) that you can actually get stats on the followers. It is on this point that I have a question.
From the shop owners here on Etsy who have set up a blog, there are links to a Goggle page for "analyticals" for following stats. It gives a code to paste on your profile page, somewhere in the header. But I can't find anyway to add this, OR how to change my page to the html version to see WHERE to add these either. HELP!

I would really appreciate any current Etsy bloggers who use this feature to let me know who to do this. I would love to know the stats on my blog/shop! Thanks.

I don't know about how it works on a blog, but with your shop you don't need to paste a code anywhere. Etsy sorts that out for you. You just need to enter your tracking code at 'Your Account > Options > Web Analytics'.

i have it set up but have no idea how i did it - there were some instructions going around back then when it was first introduced.

I am new to blogging as well, and I have a question.
I want to be able to post treasuries that I curate, and treasures that i'm featured in on my blog, but how do can I get the entire treasury on there, showing all 16 items? I'm sure its something easy, but like I said i'm new to blogging. I would appreciate any feedback!!

I do have google analytics set up for my etsy shop, but not for my blog. But I think it kind of works on the same lines. On the Google analytics page, there is "an add website profile" that you can add your blog url to check on your visitors.

I THINK that should go on either your left or right sidebar! See if it works there. I'm not sure I can help you more than that because my set up is different on my blog. Maybe under "appearance" or "widgets" or "pages" on your blog? I'm sorry, I hope I'm not confusing you more!

I'm trying to do this for my shoppe but totally lost at the tracking instructions. I have the account and found the UA-XXXXX, but just how do I add the code Goggle gives for the tracking, the one they tell you to copy and paste. Where, what and how.

Help!!!
