Just teasing :P Actually, I wanted to ask if you wouldn't mind checking out my blog background and letting me know if it looks wonky. I've been working on it in Photoshop and my eyes are just about crossed. I want to make sure it shows up fine for everyone and that it completely fills the background.

I am worried that your background is a little too busy. It detracts from the text, which should be the star.

Also, your title text is purple, which blends into the pink/lavender of the background. You need contrasting colors in order for the eye to separate them better.
I can see that you spent a long time working on the background. I just hope this is helpful.

It's really pretty. I would use white for the background of the text - for contrast and readability.

ETA: Purple is NOT my favorite color... not one bit...
