Better Way to Organize Convos???

Has anyone found a good way to keep their convos organized? I hate to delete old ones in case something comes up, but I feel like I have to keep going through them to make sure I am not forgetting anyone or anything. Thanks in advance for any ideas :)

I just saw a link in convos today about organizing! I think it's a new feature but I haven't checked it out yet!

I can't see it on my phone app right now, but it was right above the first convo!

Give it a little time and you will have the new version of the convos soon. It allows you to move messages out of your inbox and actually into folders. Much more convenient!! :)

I created an "important" folder for some super special, custom order convos.

I also don't delete old conversations for that reason. Although, I personally don't worry about organization, only because it's easy to search the name and find the convo[s] if needed.

I also have not been deleting them, but I'm thinking that once the item shows as delivered in tracking, that I'll probably start deleting them.
