Best time to list new items?

Alright so this may be an insider secret that I am not sure if anyone wants to share but I am curious and if anyone is willing to share I'd love to know but, when is some of the best times to list new items to Etsy to get the most views?
Thank you for any and all answers greatly appreciated any info.

I'm not sure there's any one time that's always the very best. Any all categories probably vary. But, when I list or relist Mon - Thur I get the most views. However, the days that I get the most sales are Sundays and Mondays. Go figure.

I've never done a test (like listing AM & PM everyday for 2 weeks) to get an idea of what gets views and what gets sales. Maybe that's something you could try though. If you search your question in "Business Topics" you'll get a ton of threads to read. And, what I've gathered from all the ones that I've read is that no one really thinks the same strategy will work for everyone.

It just takes time to figure out what works for you, good luck

I agree with what Kayla B says

but also, if you have google analytics set up you can take a look at a graph that tells you when visitors went to your shop. It's broken into 24 hours of the day and lists the amount of visitors you had per hour. So you can see when you have the most visitors and maybe you can go from there.

if you go to Statsy.org there is an option called Clockbot where you can set up relists in advance. I have about one worth of relists preplanned so I don't have to do anything. I find this feature really helpful when work or school gets in the way of crafting time. That way my items still stay at the top of search results. I used google analytics and saw I got the most views at 9am EST, so i set all my relists for 9am one each day. I just started this about a week ago and have noticed the number of views are going up.

I don't think there really is a formula for the best time to list.You can check your analytics like others have suggested .I have done a lot of experimenting and there really does not seem to be a golden time.I often end up getting a new listing ready late and used to wait til morning but sometimes i end up losing my internet connection and regret not listing when it is ready.I have actually noticed when i list late at night Hawaii time I get quite a lot of international views(and I have had almost an equal amount of international and domestic sales).I think the bottom line is don't worry so much about WHEN to list,just LIST!good luck!

I have had similar advice to what is posted in this thread - just to work with Google analytics and see if you can figure things out. Thanks @lesliegallery for mentioning Statsy.org - hadn't heard of that one!

I think it also depends on whether your best customers are US or international...because of the time difference. Good luck with your store!

I get the most views between 9:30am -11:30AM and then again from 7pm to 10pm and weekends I get a lot of views 11pm 3am So I am going to list during those times and see what happens, I think it does make a difference when you list, some people may not want you to know that thou

I'm relatively new to Etsy, and still trying to figure out alot...so how do you set up Google Analytics???

I have to say...I just love all the tools I have found so far to help...but finding out what tools are out there is half the battle!
