I just wanted to know when it comes to discounts and coupons which is more preferable, a percent off, money off, or free shipping?

I have had the best results with a % off offers through Etsy on Sale. I have been offering coupons for 3 years now, and I have had several use the Thank You coupon or the 2nd order coupon which I offer to everyone who places an order with me. However, for the number of coupons I offer, the response is small.

I've used a % off code KITTYFOR10 for years + I use ETSY on SALE for monthly sales on sections. PPL can use my code on top of these whereas the ETSY sales they cannot. I have a code which is sent to buyers for much more off after a purchase.
