Banner help

Hi All,
Just created my own banner for the first time. I must admit I'm feeling kind of techy as a result :)
I would love any feedback you have to offer-
One thing I'm looking for is how to make the onesies look less pixelated (is that a word?)

Your banner looks cute! I'm not a graphics person by any means but when I created my banner I worked it at a very large scale and then saved it to a smaller scale. That way the definition was still there.
