I know exactly where you're at.. I also worked on my banner for hours and then I "took some heat" when I asked fellow teammates what they thought..
First I was a bit surprised, but then I realized I wasn't "taking heat" they were actually helping me. Because let's face it.. Asking my bf, friends and family for opinions only results in words like "great" "nice" "amazing" and that doesn't help us improve.
That said, I'll give you a teeny tiny bit of teammate tough love:
- I like the one from your accessory shop better, it's beautiful, elegant and clean (tres chic!)
- For the new one, the text that says "between shabby chic.." is very difficult to read, if you really want it there, maybe use another font and don't use the reflection
- The edges on the flower design look "pixely", my opinion is a smoother shape would look more like the style of your shop and more pleasing to the eye (also easier to change color if you're using photoshop)
I really like the idea of changing the colors according to the season, as long as it's easy for you to do.
