Banner Help

I need help with my banner. I have had several people tell me it would look better not stretched out but believe me I don't know how to fix it. I don't know much about creating things like this. I made this one on gimp by just adjusting a picture to the size i needed it to be. Any suggestions. All will be appreciated.

It is nice and simple. Love the font.
But maybe the picture is too flattened. You need a sharper one :)

It is a bit stretched but then again, it kind of reaches out and draws you in, which isn't a bad thing.

what I could change is the tagline, since it is a bit hard to read, perhaps another font just for it would be more crisp (keeping the same size)

The one I linked to will tell you how to crop a portion of the picture to use as your banner background.

There isn't a way of using an entire photo as a banner background, b/c the width to height ratio is not the same for a standard photo as it is for an Etsy banner, and it will end up squished or stretched if you don't crop.

I agree with Dainty Chain.. it's a bit stretched too.
what about putting the daisy photo more to the left and the font in the white space on the right by itself? would alleviate your stretched issue and still look clean and sharp.
Can help if needed, but it's a pretty easy fix thru Gimp!
Banner width is 760 pixels, so maybe the daisy could be resized to 550 or 600 pixels wide and see how that looks?

I noticed on one of your listing that you have a small card with a daisy on it? Is this what you used to make your banner? Possibly, you could make a collage of your purses or material as the background and then bold up your font or use white as a contrast. If you send me a few pics, I would be happy to play around with it and then you can either use that or get an idea of how its done from that example. No charge.
