I don't know what BNS's are that are often seen in threads on treasury teams??

BNR means 'Buy and repeat' meaning that you buy an item from a person featured in the BNR treasury, and one of your items replaces it.

BNS is 'buy and Stay'. The featured shops you buy from will stay there and these treasuries often rotate.

It's a way to gain visibility and possible sales. Usually people in a BNS/BNR offer discounts to buy their items. They can be fun, but slightly addictive, and usually the people who participate don't buy from your shop unless you're in a BNS/BNR so they get that exposure.
