Is there any way to shut this off?
I received an order on Saturday afternoon, so I printed out the label and all, spent an hour or so putting the package together (it was my largest order to date). But then I received a message from the buyer saying that she was notified that it shipped already. She was just wanting to know if it had. I told her that I believe that Etsy automatically sends out a notification which the shipping label is printed, but I told her that I did have the package ready, and I would place it in the mail drop on Monday. =)
Now, I usually DO send a message letting them know that their item has been placed in the mail drop..! But I suppose that may seem quite confusing when they receive two notifications?
I usually print the label out first, because I like to add it to a flat package, but sometimes it's late afternoon when I do.
It would be great if there is a way to manage the notifications..! Because I may not be able to place it in the mail drop right away.
