Auto relisting

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with auto relisting. One of my cards is taking ages to come back in the listings when it has sold, sometimes hours. I have reported it to Etsy and they have said it normally is done within 20 minutes. I'm finding it really fustrating because it's a Mother's day card and this is prime selling time in the UK and when it is in the listings it's on the first page if you search Mothers day cards and I don't want to drop down.

Why don't you just do it manually......Copy the listing.......Publish! Mine come up instantly. Maybe I am missing something here?

Go to your shop page.....click "Edit About Page"......once there...on the left of the page click on "Listings"......find your listing in one of the tabs at the top (Active,Draft,Sold Out, Expired, or Featured)......click on the title of it and it will open to an "EDIT" page of it....make changes to it or do nothing....just "PUBLISH" it and you should now see it in your shop.

I've never had that happen to my listings.

Just go to your sold item and click relist sold.
