Attaching a Pic to a Review

Hi Team,
Does anyone know how to attach a photo to a Review? I want to leave a review on a custom order as it didn't have a pic...needless to say, I can't figure out how to do it. I have had a customer add a pic to a review in my shop, so know it can be done.

I have no idea and would be interested in finding out as well.

I did a search and found this in the forums:

"If you go to leave a review for one of your purchases using the Etsy app on your phone, you will see a camera icon/button (below the stars) which you can click to attach a picture from your phone."

I am not sure, but it seems that you need to use your phone to be able to attach a picture to a review.

I would love to see responses from other Team members.

Marie is correct. You need to open the Etsy app and go to reviews to upload a photo to them.
