At a loss with relevancy

Hi all, I already posted this question in another team but wanted to see if anyone here had any thoughts:

I am so confused. I updated all of my tags the last few days on all of my listings based on my shop stats top keywords, and I went from being viewed and favorited all the time to nothing, nada, zip. My stats chart literally looks like it's flatlined.

How is it possible that I was being viewed and favorited so much more before I updated those tags? Is it possible that this is all a coincidence?

I'm at such a loss right now and the frustration is seeping in.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could I be overtagging? I come up on the first couple of pages of listing search results because of the tagging I did, but now there are no views....I am so lost and not sure what to do next.

And to add another question to this, how accurate is the list of the top keywords in your shop stats? There must be other ways you are being searched because the number of views resulting from the keywords were far less then the views I WAS getting in my shop.

Is there a way to figure out what additional keywords people were using, that weren't listed in the "top"?
