Welcome, Odette!
We are in a crowded field; it is difficult to get found in search. (No mater *how* good one's SEO is.) Given that, I will share the the best advice I got when I opened *my* Etsy shop:
Don't rely on Etsy to bring you customers. Think of Etsy as your retail platform and secure shopping cart, and nothing more. Promote yourself on social media, through word of mouth with friends, and, yes, in teams.
Be prepared for the long haul. I've been at this since October of 2011. I am *finally* making headway. Now, part of that is because I have other obligations that have had to take precedence over my shop. (I've twice had to close shop for weeks, right at the peak of spring Bridal season, to care for my mother, for instance.)
Finally--
Your work is beautiful...your prices seem a little low to me. I know you aren't using high-dollar materials (I worked in a bead shop for years) but are you taking your time into account when you price? You should be! Your pricing structure looks like wholesale, rather than retail, to me. You are running a retail shop. You are the shop owner. What would your pieces sell for at a boutique that caters to your target audience? That is what I would consider as my base-line...then adjust.
Best of luck!
