I ran across this article on another team I'm a part of and I think it is amazing! I know I would have a really hard time if I got a negative review and this brings up a couple of really good ways of going about handling it!

Great link, thanks! I had one bad review and it hit me like a spear in the heart - I tried to contact the customer, but heard nothing back... its so hard with handmade and heartfelt works - one bad review can really affect confidence. I keep reminding myself about all the positive reviews - and all the people who love my stuff!
