Are my prices too low?

I've been doing a lot of work researching what makes an Etsy shop successful. The majority of tips I've been reading about pricing is about not underselling yourself and higher prices make pieces seem more valuable. I've been told my prices are really low but are they too low?

Re: Are my prices too low?

i think you need to charge more for the birds. not a lot more. the nest birds should be in the $12 more if you include the nest say $15-$18 if you include the nest. which you should think about doing for at least some of them

Re: Are my prices too low?

The prices are such that I could buy from you. I have to take into account the additional cost of having things shipped from America. Pricing is very difficult. Are you trying to live off Etsy ? How much time does it take you to create these ? What is your target market ?

Not an easy subject or decision !

Re: Are my prices too low?

Would you be able to sell these wholesale (at 50%) and still make a profit? I think you could atleast raise your prices 30-50%. Often times the value that you place on your work will be the value customers place on it also.
