I've been trying my best to include all relevant info in my descriptions, but now I'm wondering if they are too long, and if customers will be put off by the length... For example, these two listings:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/107802770/business-card-chevron-professional?ref=listing-2https://www.etsy.com/listing/197106028/seamless-pattern-digital-paper-seamless?ref=listing-8I have one intro paragraph about what the designs can be used for, followed by other clearly-marked sections (eg. one for what files will be included, one for instructions on customization, usage, etc).
On one hand, I want customers to know everything relevant on my product, and if a section doesn't interest them, they can just skip it. For example, if they don't want to change anything on the business cards, they don't have to read the whole section on that. On the other hand, will they find my descriptions confusing?
If you were a potential customer, what would you think?
