I'm such a number cruncher. Mostly because I don't like to sew when it's dark outside, LOL. I pulled numbers from Sept. 1-10 for 2011 and 2012.

I think my downfall is competition. Returns from my top search terms are down 60%. I can continue to tweak tags and titles and hope to move back up in search. I guess I need to accept the fact that there are just more people out there making iPad cases.
I always thought that one of my key features was that all my items are ready to ship, where my competition often has a 1-4 week wait time. When I tested, "ready to ship," though, that didn't bring more results. Not sure how to get over that hurdle. Or maybe people are really OK with waiting a month for their gadget cases? I realize it's my choice to run my business as instock only. I just don't want to stress over having to make up orders on demand. Shoot, I could list 100 cases "made to order" to boost my inventory and hopefully search results. I'm just not sure that's right for me.
