Are you talking about Etsy-fu? It stands for Etsy follow up and is an app that will tweet random listings for you on your twitter account. Not really the best name choice, but it does stick in people's minds I guess!! Not sure if the app makers are American so they may not have realized the unfortunate name choice. But I just started using the app and love it so far!!
