Anyone else having problems with fotofuze?

After I highlight a bit, the picture disappears and it's just all white. Anyone else having this problem? It's been doing this since late last night.

I don't use fotofuze, but I'm a bit cautions of anything I have to upload to the internet to edit. It looks like a super easy editor to use, but I actually prefer editors that give you a lot more control, like GIMP. Sorry I can't really help, that's just my two cents :) Hope you figure out what's going on!!

Try logging out and then logging back in. When FotoFuze does something wierd to me, this often helps. Good luck!

Kat - I wish I could figure out how to get the same effect in photoshop, but I only know basic photoshop techniques.

Arielle - Thanks for the suggestion.. tried it, it didn't help. I'll just wait a few days and see if it goes away.

I don't know, hon. I'm with Kat - I have Photoscape downloaded to my computer. It's free and totally easy to use. Hope it works out for you.

I've had that same with fotofuze. Picmonkey seems to be a lot easier to use.

You can totally get the same effect in GIMP (which is like a free alternative to Photoshop). If you're interested in using GIMP, let me know, I can post some links that will help you get started :)

Fotofuze seems to be picky depending on if you're using it during a busy time. Sometimes it's better to walk away, log out, and come back in a few hours to try again!

Kelly - I contacted customer service and they are kinda stumped. He said it could be an issue with chrome. Who knows, I'm sure they'll get it figured out on Monday.

Kat - I would love some links on how to use GIMP! That would be great, thanks!

If you download GIMP, I recommend getting the newest version that's available (currently GIMP 2.8) as it's much easier to deal with than GIMP 2.6. You can download it for free here: http://GIMP.org/downloads
