Anyone else get peak views on the 21st?

I got a huge peak in views on Saturday the 21st and was wondering if anyone else had seen the same thing. I had 96 views that day (shop and listing combined). Wish I knew what I did to get those views. I'd do it again...lol.

My views peaked on the 21st also, I thought it was because one of my bags was is a treasury? Was it all direct trafic? Well anyways whatever it was I hope it happens more often.

My traffic sources were Etsy -- 55, Direct Traffic -- 37, and then two from other sources. The two items which got the most views were new listings, but the next four were older listings. On the other hand, 34 views were moves from one listing in my shop to someplace else in the shop, so that's good. I'm working on my bounce rate.

I check my stats frequently throughout the day, because I'm still pretty new at this. But just from looking at the numbers, I'm not sure what I did...lol. On the other hand, that was about the time that I did something like three treasuries in three days. Looks like I should go back to doing treasuries.

I had a peak on Friday, but I ran a Facebook advertisement to get it, which was quite successful.

My views were fair on the 21st (about 68), but on Sunday I had over 150 views--that's only the 3rd or 4th time I've had that many since I opened my etsy shop! No ads, but I had an item in a treasury and I created a treasury myself yesterday. Hmmm...

I had 152 on the 22nd but I think I was in a couple of BNSs that day.
How do I check when people move from one item to another?

Acire, it's on your Shop Stats page about halfway down under "Traffic Sources on Etsy." It's a combination of "Your Listings" and "Your Shop."

Jan - Maybe they came from the treasuries you created? One of them had 200+ views.

Actually, today I have more views than any other day this month. I don't know why, but I hope it continues and perhaps get a sale soon.

I had 1600 views on the 21st 248 Shop views 1349 page views
One of my items was on the FP on on the 19th and that day I had a total of nearly 4500 views. 727 Shop views 3674 item views.

I had higher than normal views for the past three days. Most of it is coming from Etsy so I'm guessing either a) my constant tweaking of titles and tags is paying off and I am becoming more relevant or b) everyone is snowed in across the country and spending their time shopping on Etsy. The second possibility is probably more likely than the first. :-)

Carol, they very well could have. I've been really happy with the number of views some of my treasuries have gotten.

And yes, I bet the weather has something to do with it. I hadn't thought of that because so far we're having a very mild winter here in Virginia.

And I really enjoy doing treasuries. In my little town, we have a huge flea market during Labor Day weekend. I do mean huge...attendance can top 200,000. You can find everything from antiques to vintage jewelry to screen printed t-shirts and hand-made quilts. Doing treasuries is like strolling through our Labor Day flea market, without the rain, the crowds and the effort...lol
