Any suggestions on how to get the word out that your team is looking for new members??

I've been inviting shops to join, but haven't had that much success in doing that.

I consider being on team an important part of being successful on etsy.

Is there somewhere other than Tweeting and posting on Facebook to get word out? Any other suggestions?

Make treasuries and reference your team? But don't be too pushy.

I've sent a convo a few times, complimenting the artwork and telling the artist "I'm on the XYZ team. Here's the link, if you're interested in checking it out."

I don't do it often, but the handful of times I have, I've gotten a thank you convo and I think all have joined the team I suggested.

There is a way to invite people directly to your team through Etsy. I've been invited to several and I usually join after that. I'm just not sure though how that process works.

It's a treasury team correct? It's been my experience that members of treasury teams like to be members of more than one treasury team. So try asking the leaders of other teams if you can post a thread inviting their members to your team as well.
