I have a question about what you can sent in USA
is there any regulations about herbs and tea?

I dont know :) You may be able to look at USPS.com and search for that information.

I order herbs all the time - just make sure they are well packaged - double bag, if you have to, and I would send them in a box or a strong plastic or Tyvex mailer, not a regular bubble mailer.
