Analyzing your shop!

Hey everyone!
With my full-time job being an internet advisor, I have been doing a lot of work with SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis.
Has anyone done this for their Etsy shop? I definitely agree it's difficult to look at your shop with a naked eye, but sometimes it has to be done to GROW!
