You absolutely have some super-cute items in your shop. There's no question you'll get some sales. But there are two things you can do immediately to help potential buyers:
1.) Brighten up your photos. They are much too dark. This alone will make your store "pop".
2.) Rework your item titles. I know "I Love Parrot" is cute and it's the name of your product, but as I noted in a similar post, the likelihood that someone is going to type that into the Etsy search field is pretty slim. They are more likely to type in "Animal Toy" or "Felt Toy". For the blue parrot, I would say something like "Felt Parrot Children's Decoration". Keep the most important key words at the beginning of the title.
