I had an order yesterday from a lady in the USA, I am in the UK. In the notes she wrote please ship with bracelet and will it arrive by 3rd Oct as its a gift. I sent her a convo saying that I hadn't received an order for a necklace, only a bracelet and as I am in the UK and she is in the US, there would be no way I could get it to her by 03 Oct. The message would have reached her during the day US time but I haven't had a reply this morning. I've seen a few threads where people say they have messaged people and never heard from them again so I sent her an email and have just received an undeliverable. She hasn't paid yet as it was a credit card transaction. Should I wait a few days to see if she replies, and if not cancel order or should I contact Etsy ?
