Advertising on a blog

Hi Everyone,

I am considering advertising my invitations on a wedding blog, and I was just wondering if any of you had tried advertising on a blog before. It is a little pricey so I just want to look into it a little more before I jump in. Let me know if you have any experiences with this. Thank you!

I have never done this before, but I have heard that you need to make sure whatever blog you advertise on is somehow connected with your shop. Since you said you were advertising your invitations on a wedding blog, that seems perfect! :) Just make sure this blog gets a lot of traffic so lots of people will see your advertisement. Thanks for the advice! I am probably going to wait until I have a few more wedding invitation designs before I go through with it, but you are definitely right with making sure it is the right blog. :)

Also there are many blogs out there that will do it for free. They may have a smaller number of followers, but hey advertisement is advertisement. I know I have a small following and I advertise other sellers for free. Either way there is no gurantee it will bring you sales.
