Adding Shipping Options

I've seen a few shops where in their listings the buyer can choose to upgrade the shipping. How do you go about adding it? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!

I have in in my shop and love it, actually had a buy a few weeks back take my up on my next day shipping, even WITH the high price...

Wow! How awesome! That's good to know, I added the prototype. So hopefully tomorrow I will get to play with it some more.

I used to get convos all time about upgrades & rush orders in my supplies shop, and half of them didn't like the answer so it was often a waste of my time convoing back and forth, and the other half were happy with it and I could have gotten their order in the mail sooner if they didn't have to convo first. This is a great addition to the site!
