Hi I have added free shipping within North America till Valentines with a coupon code which I think will automatically remove shipping when someone buy's.What I am wondering is I want to include expedited and rush shipping for last minute shopper's how will this work? do I add the cost on to the bill ?I would have to add after I ship how can I insure the buyer will pay this additional cost?
We can't set up listings just for expedited shipping, so your customers have to contact you if they want it. I just make sure I tell them that in every single one of my listings, and that's pretty much all you can do.
That's exactly it - I send an invoice through PayPal for the additional amount, if needed - if they tell me BEFORE they purchase, then I add it to the listing and reserve the listing in their name. Then I re-edit after they've purchased.
