About Page

Ok, the "About Page" has been available for a while now. But I've been putting off creating it. I was too busy (or lazy) and kept saying to myself, "I'll get around to it." I finally did. It was easier than I thought. That's what I appreciate about Etsy, it's super intuitive.

My cat is happy, because I've finally admitted it in writing that he's my boss!

Now, if only FB were as easy. For some reason, I'm FB challenged.

Ok, I'd like to see yours. Reply with a link so we can all look at each other's "About Page". Fun!

ah looks great! My cat assistants are in mine too! I agree it would be great if it was more obvious where it is as I think it's generally other sellers who look since they know where it is...

I just love looking at About pages and am honestly disappointed when I put my 'buyer' hat on and a shop I'm checking out doesn't have one!

I really like the about page! I created mine right after they showed up since I had wanted a central place to share my story on how my shop was created. Then I can just link to that page in my decriptions instead having a paragraph about me in each one,

The one thing I need to fix in mine is the pictures. >.< They are all terrible, and the good ones you can see well because of their size. I keep telling myself I'll fix it, then I will forget about it!

I think the About page could be a great feature. It's wonderful to be able to see the process and inspiration behind handmade items.

I haven't got around to mine yet though and I don't feel that motivated to because it doesn't seem that the About page is really that visible. Does anyone really remember to look at the About page?

@Lydia- if a shop intrigues me (the titles, product, or descriptions) then I usually find myself curious about the artist, so I seek out the about page :)
