I just found something very weird in keep.com. Just curious if anyone has the same issue.
It has been more than 1 year that I knew at least two of my items were featured in keep.com by someone instead of me. I thought it was just like pinterst, when users clicks the link, then it supposed to redirect to my etsy store.
So I hadn't pay any attention on it till one hour ago.
After working on tax, I googled my items as relax. I found one of the item in keep.com, then I clicked to see it.
Well.....what a surprise....
1)
The items description was cut, only the top part is showed. (temperature warming option)
In Etsy, when the temperature is above 65 degree, customers have to add "ice packs and priority mail service". But in Keep.com, there is no such service to add.
2)
Since the description was cut, there is no way customers realize it is a customizable item.
This item is a customizable item, it can be add name on the 3rd row. In Etsy customers let me know the information by "leave a note to seller" when checkout or through Etsy convo.
3)
There is a "buy" button with this item, but I am sure I didn't open a store in keep.

After using coupon code (20% off), I paid
Subtotal: $26.49
Est. Shipping & Tax: $9.34
Discount -$5.29
Handling Fee $0.95
Order Total: $31.49
Purchased the same item in Etsy is $30.47 ($26.49+$3.98)
Within few minutes, I received a transaction confirmation mail from keep.com, My credit card was charged too.
But it has been more than half hour, my Etsy store hasn't get any sale (and views) from this item......
Maybe it has to be waited till someone (who featured my item??) to place this order manually in Etsy, then she/he collect the money difference as commission???? Perhaps I will receive an order tomorrow?
Anyone has any idea? Thank you! I am very confused.
