A promotion tip for wanelo

I don't know if many of you use it already but I'd like to share a site that has driven me a lot of traffic recently since I began using it.

Here is how to make the most of this site:
Upload all of your listings (upper right hand corner text box) and TAG them A LOT. Use relevant tags and style tags. Just, the more accurate tags the better. Voila! Watch the traffic drive on through to your site as people discover your products using those tags. Good luck!

I just joined yesterday, and I've gotten soooooo many "saves" of my products. It lifts my spirits :) Feels wonderful! Hopefully it'll generate some sales!

Zala, I have noticed my saves and views go down a bit after the first week or two of posting, but continuing to post new itesm here and there has helped keep mine steady I think, and I have a few items that are reallly popular on there and get save save saved.... IDK

Im interested in that information too. How do you find out where the sale came from. I can tell if I'm getting searches or traffic from there under stats but haven't had any sales yet....

Figured it out. This is from Wanelo:

"Currently we don't have a way to set up a store profile. Store profiles are automatically created based on unique domains. We do know separate store profiles for Etsy shops is needed. They're in the pipeline."

Has anyone got this error before...

Could not commit JPA transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.RollbackException: Error while commiting the transaction

I have some stuff already on there and went to add a couple new items and got that error. I also got an error saying that my item was already on wanelo and let me click on the item page, when it pulled up it was NOT my item, I dont know what is going on!

I'm having some technical problems with this site, too just like Acire22 does. After many times trying I was finally able to upload my profile picture and my first product. I also can't find where to add or edit tags after you uploaded a product - I can only find where to edit the collection but not individual products. I'll keep trying!

After a few days of use, I have noticed something.

In my shop stats on Etsy, the traffic from Wanelo shows up as direct traffic.

This morning I put up 4 items, They are about the only things in my shop that have views. And my only traffic sources showing are Etsy and Direct.

Yesterday I had 1 listed as from Wanelo. This is going to make it hard to tell how effective wanelo really is over the long term

I've signed up but it won't let me upload anything. I use Chrome, but also tried with Opera and still can't. Can't upload a profile pic either.
