A mock up of a Shop Spread Sheet?

I was wondering if there is already a mock up for a shop spread sheet so to speak.
I can make one but am curious what other people would include in their's?
For my photography shop (MollysMuses) I think I would include times listed, $ spent on listing, sales and then cost
For my vintage shop probably the same, although I don't renew as much,
Do people also keep records of the hearts and views on their own spreadsheets or is it easier to keep that seperate on craft cult.
Last year I was just getting my feet wet, this year I want to be prepared:)

That is a great question. I would like to know the answer to that as well. It seems crucial to have a profit and loss statment. Are we making any money or giving our stuff away? Sometimes when I compare my pricing with others that are selling the same items I am shocked at how low their prices are! But back to the subject at hand. SPREADSHEET...

I have an example of the excel spredsheet that i use that i can email to anyone who is interested. It also includes a section to add up costs- including time to make, material costs, listing/etsy and paypal costs. It also has a pricing calculator.

It evolved from a setup i found somewhere on Etsy.
