Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone had a problem with they customer not being able to make the purchase. The message says "that the merchant cannot process my order at this time." however like you all know we don't control how paypal or etsy transactions are made ... hmmm ...I really don't know what to respond to my customer.
any insight would help
