Hi All - Just a quick quip here....I recently shipped a sofa from Oklahoma to Philadelphia. I did a bit of mental complaining about the cost, the hassle, the added cost of insurance, etc. LONG STORY SHORT: Antique leg broken; however, Because I used my reliable (although a bit more) shipper, he is taking care of it all and my buyer is satisfied. Yes, you get what you pay for and great customer service is paramount. Just passing on a lesson learned in case anybody needs it.......
