2013 Shop Goals

What are your shop goals for the new year? Here are mine:

100 sales total (including 2012 sales)
Upload atleast 1 item a week
Get 200 shop views + item views a day
Get 100 items up in my shop
Replace all photos with white backgrounds

Get better pictures
2000 sales total ( then I have to sell 445 items this year).
BUT..... no sales yet in 2013 so goal 3 will be difficult....

Keep improving titles and tags all the time
Strive to take better photos all the time

I want to do a better job of keeping close to (preferably more than) 50 items in my shop at all times.

I want to sell more on Etsy than I did in 2012 (which was my best sales year here in 6 years of being on Etsy!).

We had 2,450 sales our first year so I would like to see 2,451 sales this year.
Professional photography photos, I suck at photoshop.
Buy some more commercial cutting machines to keep up with orders.
Wholesale.

Introduce at least one new design each month
Average 2 sales per day over the whole year
Average 3 sales per day over the holiday period (Oct-Dec)
Minimise shop closures/vacation
Keep on top of accounts and inventory
Keep on top of demand and ensure no breaks in supply

I have a few more, I'm sure! More are always added when one goal is reached!

Hmmm... I suppose I need to think about this, but here it goes:

75 items listed in my shop
Reach 100 sales total
List some of my larger pieces
Do a craft show
Minimize the lulls of finished pieces (now I have nothing to list, and it will be two weeks before work gets through the firings etc, I slacked over the holidays)
Work on photos, tags, titles etc (a constant process it seems)
Figure out how to market myself!

100 items listed by end of February. I have the inventory, just have to take the photos and write the listings.
Promote more.
Sales... any amount would be good but I'll love to have at least 10 per month.

Learn how to improve my titles and tags to get more views. It seems to be a science or a mystery.

Make new items.
Do a craft show.

Whew! I'd better get moving.

#1 goal for me is to explore the options for more studio space and set the plans in motion to have this done by the end of this year. I SO need more organized working space.

#2 it hire a helper!
