Reply to every sale or Convo within 24 hours of receiving it. Nothing frustrates me more than waiting days for a reply from a seller... if ever! It looks really bad, too, and makes me want to look elsewhere.
great tips! I have another- send a message when you ship with the expected delivery date. Or at the very least send one confirming you got the order and will be shipping soon. I hate ordering and then wondering if/when they will ship. Even if you already have it in your policies- not everyone knows to look there.
I'm a new seller and these tips are great - thank you! I have a question: does anyone check in with the customer once they've received the order to see that it arrived okay and they're satisfied? I want to do this, but don't want to appear too pushy. Any thoughts?
