Welcome aboard! You have a lovely shop that I think would do well here.
Firstly, I would say you need to look at your titles. The first 3 words are the most important. Think what people will type into search to find your items. So, nobody is going to look for "The 22 Skirt". I'm no expert, but maybe go for something like: Black Skater Skirt - Highwaisted Skirt - Flared Cotton(?) Skirt - Black Circle Skirt.
In the details write what the skirt is made from and make it more descriptive. When you would wear it etc.
I would reflect the title in the tags i.e. black skirt, skater skirt, highwaisted skirt, flared etc
Add the Sections in your shop like: Tops, Skirts, Shorts, Bowties, Headbands
Finally, I know it is very early days for you, but just keep increasing the items in your shop. Remember the more items you have, the more there is to choose from, so the more people will find you.
