What do YOU want from the ESASO Team?

I have just been made a Team Leader by our wonderful MissMerryweather, so I thought I should introduce myself in a little more detail first...

I make custom photo jewelry and accessories with game pieces (scrabble, dominoes), and some non-photo items made with chess pieces and poker chips. I am also working on some ready-to-ship-items. I am currently finishing up some samples and taking pics so I can start listing items after the holidays. I have a full-time job, a husband, and 3 boys.

I want to help make this a great team! Let's help each other create some success stories, shall we?!

So, here is what I'd like to know...what do you all want to see from this team?
Do you have any suggestions for things we haven't done yet?
Is there anything specific you are hoping to achieve on this team and on Etsy?
Is there anything you need help with on Etsy and/or in your shop?

Your opinions mean SO MUCH...any input you have is greatly appreciated!!!

For me, overall, I want to share best practices. Helping each other to achieve success where possible. I've learnt so much this past month alone just by browsing the discussions.

Like Natasha, I too would like to share our experiences to help each other learn and grow from them. I would like to have fun discovering new shops and window shopping, as well as learn ways that I can improve my own business!

I would like to have a community of online friends that I can get to know on a personal level, so we can turn to each other with needs and support!
I want to meet my goal of support myself (at least in part) with my crafts, and I want to help others do the same! I firmly believe that community is an essential part of life, and online it is no different!
