Excuse me ,how can i complaint buyers on the Etsy?!That customer said that my shop shipped his order too later,so he want cancel,but normal my shop ship order in 3-5 days.When I shipped it,it was 4 days,but the customer said it was long time, cancel it, and at that time I already sent it out,he said take it back,so I go to take the package back,and going to refund the money to him,but he said he did not feel comfortable giving me his account so please just ship his order.But I really want cancel it,he not agree,and I really don't want ship it again,I alredy spend too much time&energy on it, the order only 13.7USD,and I not clown,why him do like this again and again?How can I solve the problem?
