Good morning,
I received a supposed response from Etsy (support bot)to verify my account, and that is why I have my account temporarily suspended.
When I start verifying my account, it asks me for all the data, but then it asks me a question that I thought was not normal:
1) Bank account information (which I did)
2) Exact amount I have in the account to prove that I am the owner of the account. ( I did not do)
I want to start my business with Etsy but I am already suspicious about the security of this website.
Can you help me please.
