I have had a few go rounds with Etsy and their unreasonableness due to their own incompetence and incomplete changes. Even when brought to their attention, Etsy never changes/corrects/updates anything AND they have stopped asking for our opinions to they "improvements". I don't want to depress you any further, but NEVER expect anything positive from Etsy as a seller - they will only bend over backwards if you are a buyer.
