Issues with the forum, I can't post!

I'm trying to use the etsy forum, but the site wont allow me to do anything, all the reply buttons and start a topic button are greyed out??

And I can't find a way of contacting etsy about it? (the only help sections are for buying/selling?)

Anyone else having issues?
