she sent me a PDF with very detailed instructions on what to do to better my store, in yours from what she said about mine, I can see that maybe your profile needs updating, it needs to talk about YOU, and in your profile you're just repeating whats on your store, also in your store you dont have anyone listed as a member, if its just you, you should put in anyways, and if its just one person you should not say WE in your store description, because is not a team.
your cover needs to talk about a sale or promotion you are running, or maybe showcase some products, but in the cover you're repeating the logo only.
you need to add pictures of your process or your workspace in the about section. also if you happen to use social media then you need to link the usernames.
it will help to make a more detailed description of your production partners because it doesn't really say how they help you.
its convenient to put a privacy policy so your clients know how you handle their information. there are several templates online.
and be sure to write some FAQ's
about your photos I think you have really cute products but you're not telling me how they are used, it just says ornament, but it will be better if you took a picture on how they are supposed to be used, ideas on where to hang them.
I just took a quick tour on your store and thats what caught my attention, but I really recommend hiring someone that gives you a more detailed description, hope that helps.
