Disclaimer check box option?

Hi everyone,
I sell digital pdf crochet patterns and despite including DIGITAL PATTERN included in the title and several times in the body and wording that there are no refunds granted on the sale of digital patterns, I still get people who buy and then demand a refund when they see that they're not buying a physical item. I got a 1 star review from a buyer who said "no good, not as expected." even though it was clear as day 6 times in the listing that it was a digital file. I reported it to Etsy and they didn't remove the review. Is there a way to have customers check a box agreeing that what they are about to purchase is a digital file and not eligible for refund? Thanks

You can reply to the review.  Maybe it would help future buyers understand that is a digital file

Silver E. Studio has the best proactive way to deal with the review. Answer the Review and forget it. Write like you are writing to future customers about this review. Do not write directly to the review's author. There is no point addressing him or her. Good luck with this. I have had a couple of stinkers too. It is very disheartening. The virtual pattern is troublesome. Write new customers a message telling them that their purchase is digital. Tell them you will send the pattern as soon as you hear back from them That the best I can come up with. I know your pain.
