I’m super excited about today’s video because I will be showing you how to create a QR code that you can use to redirect traffic to your Etsy shop, Instagram, email list, or anywhere else you would like to promote.

What excites me the most about a QR code is that when you sell on Etsy, you can only add hyperlinks in your about me section, but if your prospective customer doesn’t read your about me section, then it’s a lot harder to drive traffic to other destinations like your email list because you can’t add a clickable link.

However, with a QR code, you can pretty redirect traffic to any destination.

Where can I see customers visiting to my shop came from a QR code?

You can use a tool like bitly to create a custom URL that you would use for the QR code and then you'll be able to track it.
