There appears to be a bug where shop items wont renew, absolutely none of my shop items will renew. I have insanely fast speed internet and have a Bachelors in Information technology so no its not anything on my end, its definitely another Esty bug.
My best selling item Cowboy Worm WILL NOT renew. i've been trying for days on different browsers and computers. I do however get charged for it, so etsy in some way sees that its being renewed. It shows in my shop as SOLD
